Title: Editorial: A Christmas homage

Abstract: 

‘Twas the night before Christmas and all through the house not a creature was stirring, particularly the mouse attached to my computer. This was an issue because I was due to submit my editorial for the Journal of the British Society of Special Care Dentistry. Bereft of inspiration I decided to check my emails as a way of suggesting that I was doing some work. There was an email from Roberta Cratchit (our fantastic Editorial Assistant) asking when she could expect the Editorial and to call her if there was going to be any delay. I picked up my ‘phone.
