Title: Domiciliary sedation for a patient with complex needs to access dental general anaesthesia: a case report

Abstract: 
A 28-year-old patient with severe learning disability, autism, obesity and agoraphobia required a general anaesthetic for dental treatment. This case report highlights the numerous ethical and legal considerations as well as the holistic and personalised treatment planning and delivery approach involving a multidisciplinary team.
