Title: Restoring function beyond chewing: a holistic dental approach for a patient with upper limb differences, a case report and call for NHS implant guidelines change

Abstract:
This case highlights the treatment of a 69-year-old male with congenitally missing bilateral upper limbs. This patient was dependent on his teeth to perform motor tasks usually carried out by hand and arm. The outcome was extraction of his anterior teeth which had a significant impact on his life.
